We are a warm and welcoming Reggio Inspired new preschool, and our goal is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for our students and families and collaborate as a professional team.
Full time salary increases to $52,000.00 in September 2025
Positions available: afternoon part time and full time
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Co-Lead teacher
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates
Requirements:
- College degree or CDA
- Two years previous experience working as lead teacher with Infant-aged children
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
Skills:
- At least two years' experience working with infants and or toddlers in a childcare setting
- Preschool education: Understanding of the unique needs and developmental milestones of children
-Ability to provide appropriate care, support, and guidance for children
- Childhood development: Knowledge of typical developmental milestones and stages in early childhood.
