    Early Childhood Educator

    We are currently hiring for a Lead Teacher position. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. It is a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour break scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 – 4:00. Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include: working in a collaborative environment to create a structured and safe learning community, developing weekly lesson plans based on emergent curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, positively communicating with families and co-workers, facilitating meaningful interactions and lasting relationships with children, and utilizing observation skills to document childrens learning and developmental progress.

    Qualifications and Expectations

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Early Childhood or related field

    • Experience in licensed, accredited early childhood setting

    • Working knowledge of early childhood development, diverse communities, and emergent curriculum

    • Love and passion for working with children

    • Excellent attendance and punctuality

    • Commitment to long-term employment

    • Must have or be willing to obtain Infant/Child CPR and First-Aid Certification
