Infant Teacher
Toddler Teacher
We are currently hiring for two teacher positions, one in our Bonsai Tree Classroom (Infants 6 weeks-16 months) and one in our Waterfall Classroom (Toddlers 24-36 months). Both positions are full time, 40 hours per week. It is a 9 hour shift with a 1-hour break scheduled Monday through Friday, either 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: working in a collaborative environment to create a structured and safe learning community, developing weekly lesson plans based on emergent curriculum and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, positively communicating with families and co-workers, facilitating meaningful interactions and lasting relationships with children, and utilizing observation skills to document children’s learning and developmental progress.
Qualifications and Expectations

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience in licensed, accredited early childhood settings

Post-secondary degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Working knowledge of early childhood development, diverse communities, and emergent curriculum

Love and passion for working with children

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Commitment to long-term employment

Must have or be willing to obtain Infant/Child CPR and First-Aid Certification
