The 2016 US Play Coalition: Midwest Play Conference is an inaugural event that will bring playful professionals, educators, parents, play advocates, and community members together. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and learn about local efforts to promote play throughout the Midwest.

Lisa Murphy’s keynote speech is sure to inspire educators and parents to create environments that are relevant, meaningful, play-based and grounded in nurturing relationships. Additionally, regional professionals from a variety of fields will engage attendees in discussion through talks and hands-on workshops covering various play topics.

  • Reception: 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. at the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota
Registration Information:
  • Early Bird Rate by Monday, May 16th @ $50
  • After Monday, May 16th @ $75
  • Undergraduate Student Rate @ $25 (with student ID)
  • 5 contact hours will be issued
  • Please dress comfortably, we will be playing.
